NEW VIDEO: “Finding THE Short Cast Fly Rod”

A year ago we began our search to find the best fly rod for how we fish – often with 4″ to less than 10 feet of fly line. We dug in and test cast heaps of rods and put them through our setup. In this video we walk through why we fish how we do and why we use the setup we do – and share the rods that we test and the rod we ultimately chose.

In this video we look at the parameters of how we fly fish, film and capture great trout through proper approach, position and SHORT casts while using 15′ leaders as our standard set up, no matter if on tiny streams or breaking down large rivers.
